Roger Francis

Hello, my name is Roger Francis, CEO and President of Flex Fitness, LLC. I am a professional-level certified personal trainer, and I have been in health and fitness for over 20 years. I started Flex Fitness, LLC to provide the best possible training, offering comprehensive one-on-one and small group training to those individuals motivated to live a life that is healthy and fit, allowing them to achieve their maximum potential in all areas for overall wellness. I strive to make training fun, and to help you to know that this journey is not impossible.

Why did I become a personal trainer? My love for training started when I was in High School. One of the requirements for our physical education class was weight training. From the first class, I knew this was for me. I loved it so much that I began to participate in weight lifting competitions held at school. This got me in the best shape ever. I was hooked, and never looked back. That was the beginning of my desire for a life and career in health and fitness.

Whether your goals are, to lose weight, sculpt your body, gain more strength and vigor, or just to be in the best health and condition that you can be, I am here to help you meet your goals. Through proper weight training, cardio and nutrition, I will help you make it happen.

This is my passion, and I promise you that if you desire to do something good for yourself, I’ll be with you every step of the way.

In addition, there is strength training and toning using body resistance and band resistive training.

Over the span of 34 years, I have been blessed to work at gyms and various rehabilitation centers throughout New York City. Bellevue Hospital, St. Vincent's medical center, Bronx Jewish Home and Hospital, The Axis Project Post Rehabilitation Center and Mount Sinai, just to name a few. Developing an appreciation for fitness from clients, trainers & physical therapists. I am here to create inclusive fitness programs for all fitness and physical levels. Everything is an exercise as the world is my gym!

Sabrina “antoinette”

My name is Sabrina Bennett, I am a Bronx native with Jamaican roots that have helped me fall in love with movement and rhythm. As a T3-T4 incomplete paraplegic, I am living life to the fullest. Post injury has given me the ability to do many things I could only dreamed of. With the thanks of the Mount Sinai Life Challenge Program, I have been skydiving, parasailing, skiing on the slopes of Vermont along with many other obstacles that I have faced. Accomplishing these feats encouraged me to pay it forward to develop a training program for individuals living with disabilities. Through physical therapy, I learned to incorporate Zumba tricks and fitness to fuse into an impactful work out! Thankfully I have worked with the Adult Day Care Center Bruckner Forever Young, Montefiore and Burke Rehabilitation. I love what I do because it gives me purpose in life; helping people laugh, feel good and move their “assets” adaptively.
